  • What type of hyaluronic acid do the Filorga products contain?

    Hyaluronic acid with a high molecular weight encapsulated in chronospheres. Some other Filorga products also contain micro-fragmented hyaluronic acid.

  • How is it different from injected hyaluronic acid?

    Our hyaluronic acid has been specially formulated to be directly absorbed through the skin.

  • What is NCEF ?

    NCEFis a unique complex encapsulating hyaluronic acid and 50 pro-youth ingredients : vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, antioxidants,...

  • What are chronospheres?

    Chronospheres are vectors that enable absorption of active ingredients, in which we have encapsulated the hyaluronic acid and NCEF. This exclusive formula is the core of all our skincare creams.

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Where can I buy Filorga products?

    Filorgas Anti-age, Medi-cosmetique products are distributed at Shopper Drugs Mart, Murale and Nordstrom. To find the nearest point of sale, click here.

  • What are the shipping fees?

    - For all orders under 100$CAD, the customer will pay shipping fee depending on his shipping destination.
    - For all orders over 100$CAD, shipping fees will be offered.

  • How long is the delivery?

    Filorga’s e-shop bills and ships its products only to addresses in Canada.
    Orders placed on Filorga.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) by Canada Post.
    Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the next business day.
    The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. This time is a typical average time and corresponds to processing times and delivery orders.

  • How to return a product bought on Filorga e-boutique?

  • Is it possible to return in store a product purchased on our website?

    It is not possible to return a product purchased online.

  • What are the means of payment accepted on the Filorga e-shop?

    We accept payments with the following credit cards:
    - MasterCard
    - Visa / CB
    - Amex
    - Apple Pay
    - Android Pay

    Unfortunately, we do not accept:
    - Credit cards with a billing address located outside of Canada.
    - Counter-refunds
    - Checks and money orders

    Important: For your security, your name and billing address must be identical to those on the card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these conditions.

  • How can I get a list of ingredients of a FILORGA product?

    A complete list of ingredients can be provided. Please reach out to contact.canada@filorga.com .

  • Do Filorga products contain synthetic ingredients?

    Filorga primarily seeks to provide the most effective formulas, whether derived in nature or created in the laboratory. Hence, Filorga products may contain synthetic molecules where we have determined they are more effective than natural alternatives.

  • Are FILORGA products tested on animals?

    We do not conduct any tests on animals and comply with the European regulations prohibiting the use of such methods.

  • Once opened, for how long can I use a product?

    The PAO (period of use after opening) is indicated on every product. You can find the open jar symbol indicating the recommended period of use on our packaging.
