  • What type of hyaluronic acid do the Filorga products contain?

    Hyaluronic acid with a high molecular weight encapsulated in chronospheres. Some other Filorga products also contain micro-fragmented hyaluronic acid.

  • How is it different from injected hyaluronic acid?

    Our hyaluronic acid has been specially formulated to be directly absorbed through the skin.

  • What is NCTF® ?

    NCTF® is Filorgas exclusive complex containing revitalizing and anti-ageing ingredients (vitamins, co-enzymes, anti-oxidants, amino acids, minerals, etc.)

  • What are chronospheres?

    Chronospheres are vectors that enable absorption of active ingredients, in which we have encapsulated the hyaluronic acid and NCTF®. This exclusive formula is the core of all our skincare creams.

  • What is a hyaluronic acid injection?

    A filling injection constitutes a procedure used in medical practice by physicians trained in filling techniques. It compensates the loss of hyaluronic acid naturally present in the body. This molecule, capable of holding 1,000 times its weight in water, fills wrinkles and restores skin density.

  • What is glycolic acid peeling?

    Medical peeling with glycolic acid is a procedure performed in medical practice that consists of applying a chemical exfoliating solution made with glycolic acid on the treated area (face, neck area) to improve skin appearance by carefully removing the top layers of the epidermis. It will act on spots, pores, wrinkles and radiance by facilitating cell renewal.

  • Where can I buy Filorga products?

    Filorgas Anti-age, Medi-cosmetique® products are distributed in pharmacies and parapharmacies.The Anti-Ageing Spa products are distributed in spas and salons. To find the nearest point of sale,click here

  • Is it possible to order samples?

    We do not ship samples by post. We reserve our test samples for our points of sale that give priority to proper guidance and try to provide the best care to meet individual needs. You can also visit our points of sale for some test products that will help you to discover the sensorial textures of our products.

  • How can I get access to documentation about the brand?

    Brochures are available at all points of sale that offer our brand. You can also find all of the information about the brand on our website.

RETURN POLICY

  • HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT ?

    Filorga is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product(s), in the same condition that you received it, within 30 days of your purchase. Full returns must include all products shipped, including any gift with purchase, promotional products or samples.

    We please ask you to send an email to contact.americas@filorga.com with your name, address, phone number, items to be returned with an explanation, web order invoice #, and the tracking number of the package so that we may expedite the process for you.
    All product returns must have been purchased through www.filorga.com/us_en.

    Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

  • How can I get a list of ingredients of a FILORGA product?

    A complete list of ingredients is provided on every case.

  • Do Filorga products contain synthetic ingredients?

    Filorga primarily seeks to provide the most effective formulas, whether derived in nature or created in the laboratory. Hence, Filorga products may contain synthetic molecules where we have determined they are more effective than natural alternatives.

  • Are FILORGA products tested on animals?

    We do not conduct any tests on animals and comply with the European regulations prohibiting the use of such methods.

  • Once opened, for how long can I use a product?

    The PAO (period of use after opening) is indicated on every product. You can find the open jar symbol indicating the recommended period of use on our packaging.

  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICIES?

    The order will be fulfilled by FedEx SmartPost between 5 to 7 business days with effect from the following day after your order has been placed. Orders from $250 and above will ship via FedEx and will require a signature. At this time filorga.com/us_en orders may only be billed or shipped to locations within the United States but some restrictions apply. If you wish to ship an order to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska please contact our customer service at contact.americas@filorga.com .
